Sizing & fit

What size are ShowerTown curtains?

ShowerTown curtains are 71 inches wide by 74 inches high (approximately 180 × 188 cm). Size may vary by up to 2 inches. Measure your shower opening and hanging height before ordering; fit depends on your setup.

How many curtain hooks do I need?

Twelve. Every ShowerTown curtain has twelve reinforced buttonhole openings along the top that fit standard shower curtain hooks and rings. Hooks are not included with your curtain.

Should I use a liner?

Yes. The polyester curtain is water-resistant, and we recommend a separate shower curtain liner for maximum water protection. A liner and hooks are not included.

Material & care

What are your curtains made of?

Our curtains are made from lightweight 100% polyester with a one-sided sublimation print. The decorative artwork is printed on a smooth, flat surface. Designs that resemble embroidery, quilts, tapestry, or other dimensional materials do not have physical stitching, embellishment, or raised texture added to create that effect.

Is the design printed on both sides?

No. The design is sublimation printed on one side of the curtain (the side that faces out into your bathroom). The reverse side is white.

How do I wash my shower curtain?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron, bleach, or dry clean.

Will the design fade?

The design is sublimation printed for durable color. Follow the care instructions to help preserve the print; we do not promise that colors will never change with use, washing, or exposure.

Is there any smell when the curtain arrives?

You may notice a faint scent from the printing process when you first unpackage your curtain. It dissipates within a day or two of hanging, or after a gentle wash.

How do I get wrinkles out?

Hang the curtain to allow creases to relax, or tumble dry on low according to the care instructions. Do not iron.

Design & color

Will the colors match exactly what I see on screen?

No exact color match is guaranteed. Printed colors can differ noticeably from screen previews: whites may look creamier, subtle colors may become more pronounced, and vibrant colors may print more muted. If an exact match to paint, tile, towels, or another item is essential, our curtains may not be the right fit.

Are your designs original?

Most ShowerTown curtains feature an original design created by our team. We don't resell stock patterns. Some curtains feature reprints of vintage art in the public domain, and are labeled accordingly.

How are ShowerTown curtains made?

ShowerTown creates original designs, and each curtain is printed to order through trusted production partners after purchase. This allows us to offer a wide catalog of shower curtain styles while keeping each product made specifically for the customer.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Each curtain is printed to order, with estimated delivery within 2 weeks in the United States; international orders require prior arrangement or ordering through our Etsy shop, with estimates of 2 weeks for Germany, 3 weeks for Europe and Canada, and 5 weeks for other supported destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees; see our shipping policy and contact support@showertown.co before arranging international shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship internationally, but international shipping is not enabled by default on ShowerTown.co. Please contact us before ordering to arrange it, or find our shop on Etsy, where international shipping is enabled.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your curtain ships. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after you receive the notification.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days—should I worry?

Usually not. Tracking scans can be inconsistent, especially during transit between facilities and at international borders. If a full week passes with no movement, the carrier's customer service line is the fastest way to get a status update.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?

Because each order is made specifically for the customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, decor preference or compatibility, or a change of mind after production has started. If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation. Read our refund policy for the full terms.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Production begins after purchase, and changes cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment has started. Double-check the design, size, and shipping address before ordering.

The fastest way to get help is to reply directly to your order confirmation email—that keeps your order number and details attached to the conversation.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically as soon as your order is placed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
