Shipping policy

Each ShowerTown curtain is printed to order through our production partners. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times:

United States and Germany: within 2 weeks
Europe and Canada: within 3 weeks
All other destinations: within 5 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production volume, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible at support@showertown.co. We cannot guarantee changes after production or shipment has started.
